The designers who craft these collections tend to evade photographic documentation, appearing oh-so-briefly for their bows at the end of their shows or possibly as a hazy blur in a backstage pic. Lucky for us, many have taken to their Instagram accounts to share a behind-the-scenes peek at what Fashion Week is really like for a creative director. From Marc Jacobs fitting Lady Gaga in a fur-trimmed opera coat to Peter Dundas serving as bartender at his Just Cavalli party, these photos suggest there’s never a dull moment.
